What is noise and vibration control really like in British workplaces? Why is the Health & Safety Executive reliant on research? What are the new challenges in noise and vibration for industry?
Speaker information
Dr Chris Steel. He has worked for the Health and Safety Executive since 2015. He works as a Principal Specialist Inspector dealing with workplace noise, hand-arm vibration and whole body vibration. Before He joined the HSE He spent 18 years working in noise and vibration consultancy, academia and acoustic product design.
