Gerico is a Postgraduate research student at Rolls-Royce UTC for Computational Engineering.

Gerico Vidanes has been a postgraduate research student with the Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre in the Computational Engineering and Design group since September 2021.

His PhD studies are currently focused in the area of geometric understanding with deep learning.

Gerico obtained his undergraduate degree through an integrated Master’s in Aerospace Engineering at Queen’s University Belfast. Additionally spending a year in industry as a simulation and modelling engineer at MBDA Bristol.

Dissertation title: Computational methods for generating swirling inlet boundary conditions for CFD.
