Drive system handover

The Boldrewood towing tank is fully operational!

It's been a long time coming, but last week was a big milestone for the Boldrewood Towing Tank. After a supplier bankruptcy, several major design changes and technical issues, several planning applications and last but not least, a global pandemic, the facility drive system was finally handed over to the University.

There is a lot of work ahead, but it's great to see the carriage run so smoothly and efficiently! We are very much looking forward to being able to use the facility full potential.
