Research project: Haptic feedback for upper limb prosthetics

Currently Active:
Yes

This project aims to develop novel tactile and kinaesthetic sensory systems and stimulation mechanisms, which can be potentially integrated into neuro-prosthesis to enable proprioceptive feedback.

New biomechanical understanding of upper limb functions in daily living activities such as handling objects is also gained. Further details can be found here.
