Professor Martin Oberlack, TU Darmstadt. Professor Oberlack's research interests include: turbulence theory and modelling; laminar and turbulent flow simulation (DNS, LES, RANS); analytic methods in fluid mechanics; computer algebra methods in hydromechanics; level-set methods for interface and contact phenomena; hydrodynamic stability, shallow water and thin film theory; theory of premixed combustion and stochastic combustion models.
