Have you ever wondered whether there’s life after Film Studies, or asked where will your studies lead?
You are invited to a unique event, which might give answers to these questions, and provide the opportunity to hear from Film Studies alumni. They will share their experiences about their chosen careers paths and their current roles, including: research and teaching, journalism, film production & distribution, and administration.
The event will also give you the chance to network over a glass of wine and chat informally to staff and alumni from Film Studies, and the university Careers Service.
The evening will be chaired by Prof Tim Bergfelder and some of the confirmed guests include:
- Mike Barnard, Editor of a web-based Film journal
- Claudia Fellmer, University School Manager
- Dan Greenway, Film editor
- Claire Hines, Senior Lecturer in Film and Television Studies
- Phil Hoile, Film marketing
- Felicity Hull, BBC drama production
