Dear Students,

Thank you for attending the Keep Calm and Eat Pizza Event, which took place on Tuesday 7th May 2019, in the Murray Building of Social Sciences.

During the event, you were able to mingle in a chilled and relaxed environment with enjoyable background music.

The event also consisted of informal sessions. These were delivered by colleagues from The Faculty International Office team (Daisy Lauren-Sherburn & Miriam Gómez López), SUSU team (Daniel Bedingfield), Student Life team (Jason Langdon, Pete Griffiths & Karla Williams) as well as the Associate Dean International for the Faculty of Social Sciences (Professor Sabu Padmadas).  These sessions provided information on the services available to students, the current events coming up, how to balance well exams, assignments, socialising, exercising, and tips on wellbeing.

The event finished off with some delicious free pizzas and a very enjoyable jazz duet by the lovely students Callum and Lucy from the Music Department. Thank you all for your support, you were all great!

To summarise, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who came along to the event, it was lovely to see you there!

We hope you got the results you hoped for on your exams and assignments!

See you again next academic year!

Best wishes,

The Faculty of Social Sciences International Office Team
