Xiamen Alumni Dinner 23rd October 2019

On the evening of 23rd October, Professor Brenda Hannigan, Head of Law School, and Song Pan Utz, Senior Manager of the Faculty International Office of Social Sciences, hosted an alumni dinner in Xiamen.

The evening commenced with a presentation delivered by Brenda, offering an update of Faculty and University news. This was followed by a delicious seafood buffet and lively conversation amongst the guests.

This relaxed gathering was a great opportunity for Brenda and Song to catch up with former Law, Education, and Business students, to find out their news, and hear stories from their time spent studying at Southampton. As they were sharing many stories from studying in UK, Song asked whether they would change anything if they could relive the days at Southampton. The alumni gave an unanimous 'No,' the experience at Southampton was just perfect!
