Leadership Without Borders - University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM)

On the 1st and 2nd December 2021, UoSM held a very engaging hybrid (both in person and virtual) Global Leadership Conference (GLC) coordinated by the Faculty International Office of Social Sciences. Over the two days, talk topics and discussions evolved around Revolution in Leadership: Sustainability vs Profitability, and Technology and Innovation: Driving Prosperity and Inclusivity.

Dr Yu (Jack) Gong (Director of CORMSIS, Business Liaison (China) at Southampton Business School UK) and Dr Jane Parry (Director of Research for HRM and Organisational Behaviour at Southampton Business School UK) delivered engaging speeches on both days.

Dr Suhaila Mohd Sanip (Associate Professor, Director of Strategic Engagements and Partnerships at University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) and organiser of the Leadership Without Borders Conference) said:
