Food is such an evocative (and delicious!) way to experience and connect with different cultures – whether it’s flavours that spark a million deep-rooted memories, or a new-found favourite, there’s something wonderful about our instinct to say “here, try this!” We invite you to attend the Social Sciences International Food Festival and share a meal, snack or drink that you love. What's it all about? At present, the University is home to in excess of 6,500 international students and staff. This event is an opportunity for us, as members of the same Faculty, to meet each other and celebrate our cultural diversity in a relaxed atmosphere. Join us on the evening of Tuesday 12 November as we explore our cultures and share culinary delights from all corners of the world.
