The conference fee includes attendance to all the sessions of the conference, certificate of presentation (for speakers), certificate of attendance (for non-speakers and speakers), conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunch on the three days, and reception on 7 April 2017.

When you pay for registration, you will also be able to reserve a place for the conference dinner on Saturday evening. Dinner will be in a very good restaurant (http://www.cenorestaurant.com) next to the conference venue which that evening will be open to conference attendees only.
You will also be able to book single hall/dorm rooms in Highfield Hall, a very nice place practically adjacent to the Avenue Campus where the conference will take place (less than 5 minutes walking). Breakfast is included. There is a link provided for you to see the rooms themselves. They are basic but very comfortable, and the prices are hard to beat.
