Hi, I'm Jennifer Warhurst and I studied Environmental Science within Engineering and the Environment at the University of Southampton.

Each summer I was able to gain work experience all of which helped to ensure a consultancy career was for me.

At Southampton

My academic life at the University gradually moved to a consultancy based one, I guess I found my forte and went with it by completing modules and projects which worked with external organisations such as First Wessex, Skandia and Southampton City Council. Each summer I was able to gain work experience all of which helped to ensure a consultancy career was for me.

I had a fantastic time being a part of many clubs, holding numerous committee positions, seeing different parts of the world including the top of Kilimanjaro, all of which would not have been possible without my lifeguarding job at the Jubilee Sports Centre, and the (mostly) paid summer placements.

My Career So Far

Whilst in my final year I secured a position as a graduate environmental consultant with Atkins (atkinsglobal.com), one of the world's largest design, engineering and project management consultancies.
