Grain-Scale Flow and Sediment Dynamics in Catchments Seminar

My interests are in examining the processes of water and sediment movement in river channels and on hillslopes. In this talk I will provide an overview of my current and recent work that has examined these processes at the grain scale. The work ranges from looking at how the shape of a river bed affects the way water flows, to observing and modelling the movement of individual eroded particles on hillslopes.
