Building stakeholder based scenarios for agricultural food systems in the Mekong Delta: A methodology Seminar

The work outlines a novel and highly transferable approach to the comparison of a formal national policy analysis with regional stakeholder perspectives on sustainable agricultural policy in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Stakeholders are asked to envisage plausible future states of the Mekong Delta for inclusion in a larger modelling exercise. The stakeholder approach has been applied in Afghanistan, Jamaica, Vanuatu and Vietnam and offers a generic approach to scenario building of potential relevance to many projects.
