Andy Maclachlan MSc Applied GIS and Remote Sensing, 2015

Hi, I'm Andy MacLachlan and I studied MSc Applied Geographical Information Systems and Remote Sensing within Geography and Environmental Science at the University of Southampton.
Since the completion of my Masters dissertation I was nominated for an AGI award and I have just won the RSPSoc 2014 Matsers award. I am now undertaking a PhD.
In 2014, Andy was nominated and shortlisted for the Association for Geographic Information (AGI) Awards for Geospatial Excellence. In 2015 Andy's research, which assessed earthquake vulnerabilities in Kathmandu, Nepal, received national recognition when he received an award from the Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society (RSPSoc).
