Hannah has an MSc in Public Health and since 2015 has worked in research across Health Sciences and Geography at the University of Southampton.
Hannah commenced a PhD in 2020, funded by the SCDTP ESRC, aligned with her research interests: health geography, public health, food waste, food security, behaviour change, sustainability, environmental impact, nutrition and policy implementation. The PhD topic is optimising householders' food behaviour for public health outcomes, food security and climate change.
Previous research projects have been on the subject of workforce culture and policy implementation in nursing, and improving health outcomes for patients by changing routine working practices in NHS settings.
