The GeoData team have developed, managed, hosted and supported the CCO Data Management Programme, since its inception in 2001, supporting all aspects of the project. Our infrastructure has supported millions of hits per month, without any unplanned downtime, and delivered the website, metadata catalogue and map viewer, real time data management and visualisation, through its growth to a many-terabyte database with hundreds of thousands of data and metadata records compliant and validated to FGDC and ISO standards. All infrastructure has been built using open source tools and based on open industry standards.
