Gowning
To graduate, you must wear the official University of Southampton academic dress. You can hire your Graduation gown ahead of your ceremony from Graduation Attire, the University’s official gown supplier.
When booking your gown online, Graduation Attire will provide you with the correct University gown and hood based on the award you are due to receive.
Please note, you must already be registered for Graduation to book your gown, and it can take up to 5 working days from your registration for gown booking to become available. You will be contacted by email once gown booking is available to you.
Photography
Bookings are now open for Graduation Photography. Photography sessions will be available to book between Wednesday 17 and Thursday 25 July 2024.

Merchandise
Available to purchase year-round, you can order Graduation merchandise at any time.
You can pay for your order online via the Online Store. Or you can make payment in person by visiting the main reception, next to The Student Hub, in Building 37 on Highfield Campus (08:45-17:00, Monday-Friday). Please note, we only accept card payments.

For any Graduates who attended Summer Graduation 2023, you can view and purchase your photos on the Tempest Photography website.
