Registration
In order to attend Graduation, during the registration window, you must register for your ceremony. You can also defer your attendance to a later ceremony or choose to graduate in absentia.

The registration process allows you to:
- Attend Graduation
- Defer to a later graduation ceremony
- Graduate in absentia
Before completing the registration form, make sure you have:
- Access to your student / alumni account
- Familiarised yourself with the graduation webpages
- Discussed potential accessibility requirements with any guests you are bringing
Please note, your attendance at Graduation is dependent on the successful completion of your programme of study. You can find further information on eligibility in the Frequently Asked Questions .
To ensure that your registration goes as smoothly as possible, please make sure your contact details, including your email address and phone number, are up-to-date on your Student Record via Banner Self Service .

Visas
You must let us know during the registration process if you require a letter to support visa applications for graduands and guests.
