Dr Peter White is a lecturer in the Faculty of Health Sciences. He has conducted considerable research (clinical trials and mechanistic studies) into acupuncture for painful conditions and on the use of placebos. He has presented his findings at major International conferences all over the world and has published extensively in high impact peer review journals. Peter primarily lectures on the subject of research methodology. He is also the Senior Academic Tutor for the Faculty.
