Congratulations to Dr Alan Borthwick who we believe is the first UK podiatrist to have been made an honorary life member of the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CPFM).
This major award was given in recognition of the good that work Alan has undertaken with the Canadians in assisting them to develop their presence and status in global podiatry over many years.

Dr Mark Rawlinson has just returned from Malta where he gave a public lecture on District Nursing organised by the University of Malta in collaboration with the Malta Memorial District Nursing Association (MMDNA).
The Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Parliamentary Secretary, Mario Galea, were in attendance.
