Are you interested in becoming a health visitor, school nurse, occupational health nurse or sexual health nurse? On Wednesday 12th December 2012 from 16.00, we will be holding an Open Evening in Nightingale Building, Highfield Campus.
The evening will provide you with the opportunity to find out more about a career as a health visitor, sexual health nurse, occupational health nurse or school nurse and the relevant undergraduate and postgraduate programmes we offer at the University of Southampton.
The Open Evening will include a presentation by Wendy Wigley, Programme Lead for Specialist Community Public Health Nursing. This presentation will be held at 16.30, 17.30 and 18.30 and will provide an overview of these careers and the training programmes available. There will also be an exhibition area where you can talk to other academics, current students and representatives from the local trusts. Further information about this evening will be provided nearer the time.
