Marketing update

The marketing team is currently finalising plans for the next financial year with the various stakeholders in the Faculty. Slowly but surely we are getting round to you all. This process was kicked off with the business planning activity earlier in the year which resulted in an updated version of the Faculty's strategic plan which, in turn, feeds into the marketing activity for the coming year.

We are really pleased with some of the results from this year’s plan and have produced a highlights presentation which showcases some of the work the team have done this year.  Certainly application numbers were very healthy across both UG and PG and, although clearly this is not entirely attributable to the marketing effort, we certainly have an important part to play in getting our sales message out there and raising the Faculty's profile amongst key audiences.

We still have a lot to do and judging by next year’s plans it will be a bumper year. We will continue to have a digital focus in our activities and we are looking to get more insight from this channel whether that be about our audiences or indeed the effectiveness of our advertising.

We are leading a session in staff development week with the recruitment team to give you a better understanding of what the teams do and how we can support you and the Faculty. We would love to see you there.
