An opportunity to meet leading figures
One of our talks

Our postgraduate students are a highly valued part of our community, and are integral to the continued success of Health Sciences and of the University as a whole.

We recognise the diverse needs of our postgraduates, and provide a focused approach to meeting those needs at every level. Generic postgraduate study skills are an important part of your learning experience.

A range of courses are on offer, some of which are mandatory on certain Masters' programmes.

We encourage all postgraduate students to sign up for any further sessions which could be of benefit. Further details are available to registered students through the Researcher Development and Graduate Centre.

Each year we have an exciting range of talks from both internal and external speakers which form part of our International Distinguished Lecture Series. These will give you an opportunity to meet some of the leading figures in health care disciplines from both the UK and overseas, and to learn about new and innovative research projects.
