Research project: Game On! Games And Gamification To Improve Self-management In Children And Young People With A Chronic Kidney Disease

This is a charity funded multidisciplinary project, which is the result of two years of work developing and testing an online game for children, in collaboration with the School of Electronics and Computer Science, University Hospitals Southampton, Winchester School of Art and Bournemouth Arts University.

Aims

To adapt and refine an online game to improve knowledge and skills for children with chronic kidney disease, and test the game in clinical practice.

Funded by the British Renal Society.
