Improving the quality of ambulance crew hand-overs

A collaboration with colleagues in local NHS Trusts to provide the first ethnographic study of communication and information transfer during ambulance journeys.

Leadership and Better patient Care: From Idea to practice - Dormant

Leadership and patient care: Using a multi-method approach the study analysed how leadership could be an effective agent for change in the service delivery and organization of the NHS.
