HR Operations are on the move

From Monday 3 October 2016 we will be joining our iSolutions colleagues based at 1 Guildhall Square, Southampton, SO14 7FP. HR Operations will take up occupation of the third floor of the building.

 

In order to accommodate the move, please note that Ask HR will be operating with minimum cover from 3.30pm on Friday 30 September, until 12.00pm on Monday 3 October.

From 12.00pm on Monday 3 October, normal cover will resume, and our services will continue unaffected by the physical move. Throughout this time, you can continue to get in contact via the usual channels.

For general advice and queries - simply ‘Ask HR’! Ask HR is staffed by a team of experienced HR professionals, who are available to provide advice and guidance to staff on HR topics, and where necessary direct your query to a specialist HR team.  To get in contact you can choose to raise an HR issue via ServiceNow, phone ext 27547 (“ASKHR” on your phone keypad), or email askhr@soton.ac.uk. For all transactional changes please raise an online HR Request via ServiceNow.
