The University recognises the continuing capability and competence of its staff that develops with year-on-year experience by awarding an annual increment for those within the core zones of Level 1a through to Level 6.

If you have exceeded normal expectations or taken on greater responsibility in your role, your Head of Academic Unit or Professional Service may chose to recognise this with the award of a further discretionary increment.
