Definition

Permanent and fixed term roles on a University employment contract (applicable to grade and career pathway)

Equivalent of 'establishment roles' required for over three months to deliver core University activities

Classified as a 'worker' on UniWorkforce terms of engagement

One-off engagements for a short duration (less than 12 weeks)

Specific skills required on an immediate temporary basis, difficult to source via standard recruitment

Usually employed by the Agency, though individuals can be engaged via their PSC following IR35 assessment.
