Students from the Music Department work closely with musicians from Trio Aporia on the subjects of Baroque performance and composing in the 21st century.
Following today's lunchtime concert, Trio Aporia will work with students from the University's Music Department in two separate sessions:
14:10 - 15:00
Informal coaching for instrumentalists interested in Baroque repertoire and performance practice.
15:00 - 16:00
Discussion and workshop with Trio Aporia and composer Alex Glyde-Bates on composing for period instruments in the 21st century.
Students, staff and public audiences are welcome to attend either session.
