Jazz and pop bands perform their first examination sets of the academic year.
An evening of pop, jazz and funk – bands from the Music Department perform 25 minute sets starting every hour on the hour.
7pm - Band E
8pm - Nine Ace Deck
9pm - Penquin
10pm - Red Letter
Free admission.
Today's performances form part of the University's lunchtime concert series and concert schedules at local city venues throughout the University exam period: classical lunchtime concerts take place at 1pm in Turner Sims and 3pm in St. Michael’s Church in the city centre, with evening gigs by our jazz and pop students on Thursday 21 January at The Talking Heads, Portswood Road.
