Yuwei Wang
Yuwei Wang (soprano) is a postgraduate student major in vocal performance in the University of Southampton. Born in China, she completed her music bachelor degree in Central China Normal University During her study, she joined many performances organized by school. As a soloist, aboard she has performed Gretel in the opera Hänsel und Gretel for Schlern International Music Festival and sang in Taiwan national concert hall. Also, recently she has been Belinda in the Purcell’s opera Dido and Aenaeas. For this recital, she will sing songs from both western country and China and let people feel the different beauty of each culture.
