Speaker information

Dr Matt Clements, University of Winchester. Matt Clement descibes himself as a Marxist sociologist, influenced by Elias, Bourdieu and Wacquant. Previously Matt worked as a careers counsellor, community worker, teacher and mentor with young people involved in the criminal justice system, alongside lecturing at various universities in Criminology and Sociology. He joined the Applied Social Studies team in 2013.
