Induction

In your first week you will need to attend the induction events being held within the Faculty.

For all up-to-date information on activities and events for all Humanities undergraduate students visit the Welcome website.

You must attend the appropriate Faculty Welcome Address at the time shown; this talk will also introduce you to vital information about University. There will also be information available about how you can learn a language. If you are taking an undergraduate Combined Honours course within the Faculty of Humanities, you should go to meetings for both disciplines. Please note, if your Combined Honours subject is outside the Faculty of Humanities, you should contact the other Faculty directly for information.

Undergraduate students must go to the Undergraduate Humanities Helpdesks in the South Corridor of Avenue Campus during the times stipulated on your timetable for your programme of study on the induction web site.
They can also assist you if you need help with enrolling and/or subscribing.

If you are a Single or Combined Honours Music student, please also make yourself known to Music, in Building 2, Room 2011, Highfield Campus, collect performance information and practice room keys, etc. The Music Office will be open for this purpose 10.00- 16.00, Thursday and Friday.
