Our research focuses on the work of people to deliver healthcare and the systems that they work in. Encompassing studies exploring links between patient safety and staffing, systems for guiding staffing devisions, the well-being of the workforce and the work of people do to manage their own care and access services and support in the community, we work with and as part of the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) Wessex.
