Providing evidence informed decisions in Emergency Care workforce

Tom Monks, Marian Penn and Catherine Pope from NIHR CLAHRC Wessex are currently working with UHS to provide evidence to inform decisions about medical workforce​ planning in emergency care for the Trust. Their  project will combine operational research and qualitative methods and the clinical lead is Dr Mike Clancy.
