The 11th Health Services Research UK (HSRUK) conference

Chiara Dall'ora and Joanne Turnbull presented at The 11th Health Services Research UK (HSRUK) conference which took place on 4-5th July 2018 at the Nottingham Conference Centre. This conference presented the leading edge of health services research in an engaging, multidisciplinary programme and it aimed to offer innovative thinking and high-quality debate around health and social care best practice and ‘next practice’. Joanne presented a poster from their recently completed NIHR HS&DR urgent care study and the title of Chiara's presentation was “Are long nursing shifts on hospital wards associated with sickness absence? A longitudinal retrospective observational study”- Chiara was awarded as the Best abstract session presentation award amongst more than 60 abstract presentations.
