Peter Griffiths gave the opening key note at the Australia Nursing and Midwifery Federation (South Australia) annual conference on August 1st. It was entitled “Doing away with Doctors? Developing a nursing workforce” and discussed the future of health professional training in the light of evidence about the health workforce including advanced roles, skill mix and substitution.
