Event details

Jonathan Goodliffe, an external member of the Insurance Law Research Group, gave a talk on the implications of Brexit for the insurance industry. There has been a trickle of reports about insurers and other financial services providers, who depend on the passporting system to carry out business across the European Union, leaving London to move to other financial centres. Jonathan's insights were followed by a lively discussion about the implications on the industry. Jonathan Goodliffe is a solicitor with a past at the larger city insurance law firms and at the Financial Services Authority.
