Seminar by Pernille Kaervad Jacobsen, BIMCO

As part of our Wednesday Seminar series we were joined yesterday by University of Southampton Alumna Pernille Kaervad Jacobsen.

Her talk to the students focussed on the 'Current work of BIMCO'. Pernille is one of three Southampton Alumni working at Bimco, a shipowners' organisation that produces standard charterparty clauses. In recent times these have been on crucial current matters such as piracy and solid bulk liquefaction.

Our students found the talk very interesting and informative, it is always great to hear from members of our alumni community on how they have got on since their time here.
