Delegates in the IML Reading Room with P Todd, J Zhang and C Brady

On 27 July, members of Southampton Institute of Maritime Law Professor Paul Todd and Dr Jenny Jingbo Zhang delivered a course on Cargo Documentation to Esso Petroleum Company, Marine Superintendents Group in Fawley Refinery. The course covered both legal and practical issues on bills of lading and voyage charterparties, with special focus on cargo disputes in the daily practice and charterer’s rights under the standard form charterparties.
