Professor Mikis Tsimplis delivers talk at conference in Hong Kong

Professor Mikis Tsimplis spoke earlier this week at the International Conference on Cross Border Insolvency & Maritime Matters held by City University of Hong Kong

Speaking in session 2 on Tuesday 21 November, Mikis delivered a talk titled "The principles of in rem priority and how they affect cross-border
insolvency".

On the same panel were speakers from City University of London, Reed Smith Richards Butler and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
