CW4B - iPowerz: A New Digital Ecosystem for Fast-tracking Entrepreneurship and Small Business Growth Event

iPowerz is a University of Southampton researcher start-up, which provides an integrated digital ecosystem for accelerating entrepreneurship and small businesses across the world. With the aim of reaching a wider community of aspiring next generation entrepreneurs, iPowerz virtually connects start-ups, scale-ups, and small businesses with investors and professional service providers to offer new opportunities for business growth and value creation. The webinar presentation will demonstrate how iPowerz facilitates:

1. Businesses proposing projects to investors and professional service providers through its unique digital ecosystem for collaboration, investment and growth.
2. Crowdfunding of projects that focus on environment, social and governance issues.
3. Creation of private virtual ecosystems to facilitate B2B collaboration within incubators, accelerators, growth hubs, and business associations.

iPowerz is co-founded by Associate Professor JP Tamvada of Southampton Business School with Mr. D. Raja Rao, a Solutions Architect at National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in the United States. Dr. Tamvada is a recipient of the Max Planck Society’s Otto Hahn Medal and the Inaugural Best Dissertation Award of the Danish Research Unit for Industrial Dynamics for excellence in research on entrepreneurship. Mr. Rao brings in over two decades of extensive experience and track record in software product deliveries with IAAS, PAAS and SAAS technologies.
