Oxfam and sustainability Event

We are joined by Joss Saunders , Company Secretary and General Counsel at Oxfam.  Joss is also a part time partner at Blake Lapthorn.

Joss works on climate change and poverty. He was at the Durban climate change conference in 2011 to advise least developed countries on the negotiations, and to launch a book he project managed on climate change litigation. He is also jointly responsible for Oxfam's own sustainability reporting.

Oxfam works on disaster risk reduction to help communities adapt to climate change, but also on mitigation to reduce global emissions. It combines practical experience of coping with the consequences of climate change for people living in poverty with advocacy to address the root causes.
