Check the list below to see the exciting activities and shows that will take place this year:

Health Zone - Discover how our scientists are working to kill cancer cells, what your muscles look like, and how bones are affected during pregnancy

Light Zone - Watch the dazzling professional laser light display created by powerful lasers and communicate on a Light Wave.

Chemistry Zone - Make slime and silly putty, and find out how you smell things with your nose, and how perfumes are extracted from everyday ingredients.

Sustainability Zone - Find out more about some of the challenges and recent advances in developing new fuel types, sustainable energy sources and new technologies at the heart of these global issues. Discover fascinating facts about the food we waste, and how far it has come before it gets into our kitchens.

Biotechnology Zone - Find out about the importance of bacteria in our lives, and how your genes are decoded to make proteins.

Imaging Zone - Find out about all the different imaging techniques available to our scientists, from microscopy, to CT scanning, and X-rays. Learn how these imaging techniques help drive our research.

Technology Zone - Nowadays, technology is about interacting with people. From developing the web science of on-line communities to the lab-on-a-chip for manipulating single living cells, we are developing new systems that will directly benefit individuals. In the technology zone you can build your own electronic device, program your own game or animation, and set our robots off in search of "food".

Engineering Zone - Visit the engineering zone to find out about space junk, 3D-printing, traffic control and how bridges stay up. Construct your own bridge and see what weight it can take!
