The Office of Public Policy at the University of Southampton. Our work involves building links between world leading research and public policy and we showcase research several times a year at the Palace of Westminster with the support of a range of MPs.

Institute of Criminal Justice Research, at the University of Southampton to organise an event on the topic of ‘Critical Issues in Contemporary Penal Policy’ which we would be delighted if you would be able to attend.

The event will be held from 10am-4:30pm on Wednesday 22 nd October at the Royal Society in London. There will be three themes – Imprisonment of Dangerous Offenders, Future of Probation and Youth Justice. We would be delighted if you would join us to debate the three topics alongside a range of high profile speakers. Speakers will include members of Parliament, academics and senior practitioners/leaders, all of which are experts in their field. Please see attached for more details.

The audience (capped at 50 on a first come-first served basis) will be a personally invited professional audience and there will be ample opportunity to network throughout the day. Please note: lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The charge for registration is £195 which is a full delegate package including CPD certification .
