The phone lines are open from 08:30-18:00 Monday-Friday (term time).

You can also visit our IT help desk situated in the Hartley Library on Highfield Campus, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, or find us on Facebook and Twitter.

Outside of these hours any faults or requests for assistance can still be logged online but will not be dealt with until the helpdesk reopens.

In an emergency situation which impacts upon critical University systems or services, that occurs out of hours or during closure periods, please notify the University's 24 hour security team in the first instance, on ext. 3311 or externally call 023 80593311.

Business Relationship Managers (BRMs)

Our BRM team work closely with their relevant Faculties and Professional Services aligning IT services with the business need, especially at the strategy level.
