Research interests

My interests are in Equality Law, Employment Law and Law and Religion. I am particularly interested in ‘clashes’ of rights. My monograph on the conflict between freedom of religion and sexual orientation equality rights was published by Routledge in 2017.  I have also published on the election offence of undue spiritual influence and conspiracy theories as ‘religions’ in law.
