Studying law at Southampton was a great experience. The analysis and negotiation skills I developed as part of my degree are regularly put to good use in my current role.

I work in a successful media planning and buying agency. My role involves devising advertising strategies and negotiating to get the best value for our clients.

I got into the role having done work experience in the field whilst studying. What I love about the role above all else is the variety of challenges faced on a day to day basis - no two days are the same. There’s also a great culture in the company. It’s a really exciting and vibrant environment to work in.

Studying law at Southampton was a great experience. The analysis and negotiation skills I developed as part of my degree are regularly put to good use in my current role. In addition, the many opportunities to learn outside my field of study provided an all-round educational experience which has proved invaluable to my career.

I made some great lifelong friends and contacts during my time at Southampton. The welcoming and supportive nature of the law school and University in general makes it a really special place to study.
