Law Taster Days
The School of Law's 'Taster Days' have proved to be a resounding success. Forthcoming dates are 07 and 08 April 2009. Students to whom conditional and unconditional offers have been made are invited to spend a day preparing a civil case either for the claimant or the respondent and presenting it before a mock small claims court.
No prior knowledge of law is required, with any information that may be needed being provided. The days provide students with an opportunity to discover what law in action may be like, and the chance to meet with other students with whom they may be studying in the future.
